Who is Dr. Betty Spencer?

For three decades, Dr. Spencer has been in classrooms, hallways, central office meetings, and at the budget table. She has supported first-year teachers, mentored veteran educators, partnered with parents, and advocated for students across diverse learning needs. She believes children are our future and is prepared to bring about the change that is needed to ensure the success of our schools.

Betty’s education and experience makes her uniquely qualified for School Board of District 10:
– Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
– Master’s in Early Childhood and Special Education
– Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Distance Learning
